Requiem of Sleepless Night no. 2

I never expected to ever wake up at 4;15 in the morning and to do crap again...yet here I am being woken by this phsycho drunk with anger management problems, and can't stop screaming her head off. It's pretty scary, she walked of to wherever but I can still hear her now and then 0ww0"

Something for Japan for what happened on 11/3/11 at 2;46

At the bottom of the building, the very first level, little Clara was flipping through the channels on the TV, while her mummy was in the kitchen making dinner. “-m Barney the Dinosaur! Why don-” Barney was so scary. Ever since her nightmare she never liked Barney anymore. Flip. “Ahh!!!” “Nnnnnnn”. She tilted her head to the side, wondering what the two guys rolling around on the bed were doing. Her mother came out of the kitchen and almost dropped the bowl in her hands, quickly her mother grabbed the remote and changed the channel, “Breaking News. An eight point nine earthquake has hit Sendai, Japan…” “Why did you change the channel, mummy?” “Shh.” “…so far there has been eight people found dead

On the second floor, a Senior high schooler was studying away for his exams the next day. The formular for momentum was Impulse equals weight times displacement. And then the equation for circular- “Hey have you heard about that tsunami in Ja-” His roommate had returned, how unfortunate. “Will you shut your large mouth?! I’m trying to study.” He cut him off. Raising both hands up in defence, his roommate backed away into the kitchen where he could eat his takeaway in and leave his friend in peace.

On the third floor, a business man had just returned home, flopping on his couch he turned on the TV, “-and here in Chiba there is a fire from the nuclear plants. A worker has emerged burnt all over. An elderly woman has passed away after a wall fell on her, and an elderly man-” Rubbing his temples he wondered how many billions was going to be lost in this event, Japan was going to take at least two to three years to rebuild.
On the fourth floor, a family of four took their dinner to the TV. They watched in awe as a boat crashed into a bridge and broke in half, on that bridge, drivers were running out of their cars to look at the water rushing pass the bridge. And for some time, the youngest family member, the kid in grade six wondered if it really was the World’s End. Would they live past 2012? Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. 6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains. Matthew 24. Judgment day seem to be getting closer.

The fifth floor was full of frantic running around the cramped living area, nurse-in-training, Mizumi Nao was busy trying to make a connection to her family back in Tokyo. So far, her phone could not reach them, not allowing herself to cry, she kept at it for the rest of the night, trying to call her friends as well and even her exboyfriend in Sendai. Her ex, Takahano Ueda, was known for his love of sailing. She watched in horror as a boat with steam still rising for it violently shaking with each rise of the waves. What was the chance that Ueda was on it?

The sixth level was the home to Professor McFagg, he tapped his chin thoughtfully as he was watching the debris covered water with fire still burning on it, rushing across the fields. There wouldn’t have been any time for them to run, there must have been quite some people caught up in it. He predicted that the earthquake must have occurred more towards the surface of the tectonic plates, therefore causing such a gigantic tsunami.

The next level up on the seventh, the two couples who were living together were enjoying sharing their comfort zones with each other, “…I guess this means our trip is cancelled.” “I was really looking forward on it though.” “So was I, honey.” He replied kissing her forehead, she smiled back and then they proceeded to make-out on the couch

On the very top, the 8th floor, Miss Yang had a tiring day at her part-time job and was catching up on some sleep. It was not until the next day she would hear about Japan and mourn over the loss of over 1000 people. She would wonder how many of those people she had talked to, just on that exchange to Sendai, though she didn’t know them well, but all of them, including the friendly man who sang outside the train station every night, may have already passed on.
